Simply put, goat yoga is the practice of a traditional yoga class, taught while goats happily frolic about.
Goats are naturally inclined to climb anything, including people in various yoga poses.
Not simply put, goat yoga is so much more than that.
Goat yoga is a gift to yourself or someone you adore. Goat yoga brings joy and sheer delight to those that venture into such a new, adventurous experience. It's a time to unplug from stress, unplug from the day to day grind. It's a time to take care of the body you've got, while laughter and 'bahhhhhh's' abound. It's a time to enjoy nature and get back to the basics of life... a sunrise or a sunset, listening to the wind, the soft grass between your fingers, or simply enjoying the quiet stillness of the countryside.
No yoga experience is required, at all.
"If you can breathe, you can do yoga"
